In case of tare, factory defect or shipping error by ZAPAZONE, the full amount will be refunded or exchanged for another item in good condition.
It must be reported in the email info@ zapazone.com of the reason for the return. We will send a courier to the indicated address to pick up the product.
If you receive the order and it is not to your liking, you have a period of 30 days to return it, assuming the cost of shipping the product from the address to the Zapazone offices. You can manage the return (Send to Calle Monóvar 6, 03206, Elche) or on the contrary, if the return is managed by us, we will deduct €4.99 from the refund of the product, this amount being the cost of the courier service.
